Shit's the best. I love that extra ginger. Cock and Bull is nice too, good for mixing because it's a little sweeter.
Anyone had straight ginger juice? Been wanting to get a bottle to keep for tummy aches and just to have after heavy meals. Also because I enjoy the taste and the warmth a lot.

If you're looking to experiment, second ferment ginger bug is the best.
You can also use water kefir as a substitute with ginger added for flavor.
Just be mindful of containment if one of your bottles blows.
Goya ginger beer is the best ive ever had, havent been able to find it in my area though

You basically chop up ginger, add it to cooled boiled sugar water, then let ferment, with a second ferment in a sealed bottle for carbonation.
