This is what I aim to eat each day. I keep it on refrigerator and mark it with magnets to remind me to eat more than bananas and peanut butter so I don't feel lethargic tomorrow. I also have an app for it, but I prefer the tactility of this when I'm home. I track my supplements and groceries in org-mode. I'm currently taking b12, vegan D3, and algae oil. I sometimes take a multi or b-complex for late night stamina. It seems to help, but it could just be placebo. A double blind test is not feasible since I can look down when I pee to know whether I've taken it.
