But why haven't you made one yet? From what I've seen so far, for as much as this board argues about food, there's little to no mention of people who cook or any type of resources to either learn about cooking or what the board generally thinks or prefers about its cuisine. You guys should make a poll if you haven't already.

Also, check out the show Good Eats. It's a great way to learn about the fundamentals of cooking. You may have to torrent it or god forbid purchase it though.
