It's often called Chinese Broccoli here in the Midwest.

Ahhh. Ok. I'm on board now.
Look for a Marketplace Kroger, anon. Usually has a diverse produce selection.

I have seen it in some places advertised as Chinese Vegetable.
You probably have an Asian import grocery store nearby. Check those.

Here in Minnesota, I can also get it at farmers markets every weekend. Why does it seem like a single family runs half the stands?

Guess it just depends where you live?
While ordering at a local restaurant, I asked a little girl (who, Im pretty sure was speaking chinese before I asked) if they had it. She looked at me hella sideways; probably just my pronunciation though :/

>Chinese broccoli
For the life of me, I'm not seeing the similarity between Kai lan and broccoli.

Who can account for what cultureless whitebreads in a food desert come up with? I mean they also think of their wisconsin dairy byproducts as ''''cheese''''
