Go try Gouda or Brie.
>>

Do you have a cheese shop or a supermarket with a decent cheese counter in your area? You could pick up a small piece of something random to try whenever you go grocery shopping or something.

Off the top of my head, I quite like Tomme de Savoie and Fourme d'Ambert.

I guess your first step would be getting a passport and leaving the USA.

Feta is great for cooking. Hell, cook up some pasta like rotini, add a tsp of tomato paste, half a cup of feta and a little bit of cream. Dope as fuck.
>>
Anyone here eat brie before?

Is the rind suppose to be bitter?

Probably just got banned for extreme shitposting. Kind of like how Wisconsin cheese is banned from the good cheese section and stays in its own special ghetto of pre-sliced bland garbage.

Get gruyere and pecorino. Both are quite dank.

Don't get Boar's Head gruyere though, get some imported from Switzerland.

But boars head was made by ethnically white europeans, descendents of the best cheesemakers the world has ever known. They fled the collapsing country known as "europe" due to creeping socialism and liberal values, settling in Wisconsin where they discovered huge cheese factories already built in advance by crack teams of Kraft Corporation food scientists. Here they could filter out all the flavor and produce cheese according to science not superstition and tradition, and call it whatever they wanted because truthfully labeled food is an affront to the free market system.

What flavours are you looking for? How are you eating it?
Havarti and Gouda are pretty mild and good for slicing on sandwiches. Ricotta and unripened cheese tastes like mush and should only be used in lasagne. Feta is salty and crumbly but mild, good for Greek salads. Parmesan is sharp, good for Caesar salads. Brie is soft and good on crackers. Blue is sharp and crumbles well. Generally in cheese, the older and stinkier the better. The best cheese I've ever had smelled like foot fungus.

this stuff is lovely, I hate swiss people and I avoid purchasing swiss products for the most part, but for this stuff I make an exception
>>
Cheddar is el classico but still a solid cheese

Bacon, Brie and Cranberry sauce is a sandwich sent from the gods

Feta in a Greek salad or even on top of a steak or good quality beef burger is amazing too

LITERALLY EDIBLE CUM
>>
>>7532240
real talk though, swiss people are awful

like if you take all the worst steretypes of the germans and the french and drain all the fun parts of either, then you get switzerland

the mountains are pretty though
