I posted this a few days ago, but nobody gave me any recipes, only ingredients.
I want some nihongo no recipes (that's Japanese for Japanese recipes for all you baka gaijins out there).
I can already make ramen. Give me something interesting (or as the nihonjin would say, "omoshiroi").

My favorite recipes are by Nami of JustOneCookbook. She's a very sweet lady, and if you want something in particular she doesn't have, make a comment on one of her posts asking for it. She reads all the comments she gets and she actually posted a how-to for a recipe I suggested the other day.
