what butter does /ck/ use?
#1 choice is Lurpak, if they have it in stock which is a 50/50 shot. If they don't have it then my backup is Kerrygold.
Kerrygold
I like Finlandia. Slightly cheaper than Kerrygold.

Kirkland brand from costco
Neilson, unsalted.
In America I used to use Land o Lakes salted butter.
In Spain I now either use President Mantequilla con Sal or Kerrygold if I can find it.

Correct answer is Lurpak but it's hard to find so Anchor will do as well.

Kerrygold master race reporting in. I put salted on bread and cook with unsalted. Also occasionally put unsalted on bread then sprinkle with salt myself.

thats all I use, around $4.50 for 1lb, kind of expensive around here but tastes better than great value, and its cheaper than dollar generals clover valley.

I get mine from my local farmer
If I can't get Lurpak in Australia, I get Mainland.
