That's Kinder surprise delice, and they sell it in northern Europe, I'm from the baltic states and we have it here, it's really nothing impressive, it's just a refrigerated brownie with a milk filling.

Barny Bear in UK is a bear shaped cake filled with either strawberry or chocolate filling. Pretty sure it has a European equivalent. Only know what it's called here though.
