These items are unique in what they are. Ristretto is a type of espresso, and is more concentrated abdominal slightly sweeter.

You can try the sweet potato chips, but they're only nice in small doses. We also have these chocolate-covered graham crackers close to the register as well as these nice granola bars. You could also look at the donuts or morning buns.
As far as drinks go, an iced mocha if you like chocolate with espresso or an iced cinnamon dolce (said as dole-chay) if you like sweet stuff with cinnamon.

Cappuccino is similar, but more heavily steamed and a richer, thicker foam that makes about half the cup.
Paninis are grilled sandwiches. Just faster to cask it what it is rather than try to mollify your autism by saying grilled sandwich.
