Just moved to a white, suburban as fuck neighborhood in Texas and we have a Waffle House here. It's the only dirty, unkempt, sketchy looking establishment within its 5 mile radius and I always try to avoid driving near it at night.

I can make all their breakfast items at home for a fraction of the price and typically tastes better. Ihop breakfast tastes bretty good, but I'd rather just make it at home. Excpet the pancakes, those are godlike.
Otherwise, their other meals are pretty damn good, a bit overpriced but still good.
