That's tough. Pizza is acidic because of the sauce, and that can only be cut so much by the other ingredients. A good deal of fruits are acidic so you're really just intensifying that fact. Something high on the pH scale would be good, so I'll just run some off.

Plantains are great. Tried it when one of my employees brought in a bunch for lunch. Stab a few holes in the plantain and then toss it (unpeeled) into your oven at 500 for 15 minutes to roast the thing. Once it's cooled, chop it up into a medium dice.
It was fantastic with thinly sliced red onion, minced jalepeno, and grilled chicken breast.

Eh, I'm new to this cooking thing. I didn't use Spinach in the end and I went for stuffed crust instead of cheesy bites but even then, it was hard to notice the stuffed crust because of how hard the crust ended up. It tasted decent in the end. It's all a learning process.

If you cut the rind off of citrus it can be good. lemon and smoked mozza is pretty good. We tried orange and roasted pork with spicy smoky tomato sauce and cilantro once and it was dope
