meh. it's about the same tier as eating a can of sardines in harissa sauce with the salad (some mix thing, I dunno) with feta, flax oil, feta, salt, oregano and avocado.
if you do something snazzy with your eggs then I'd give you a better rating.

As a /ck/fit/ crossposter I rate it about a 6.5/10.
It doesn't look incredibly delicious BUT it looks like it strikes a pretty good balance between nutrition and flavor. It appears to be packed with protein and nutrients with just enough fat to have some substance.
