Not at the moment. I just moved and couldn't take the microwave at my old place with me.

No, I own none of those things. I only cook over my 1923 original coal fired stove (converted to run on clean burning soy pellets). I only cook a few times a month though as most of the time I eat only raw food.

i don't. my apartment didn't have one in it already and there isn't enough counter space. it's really not hard or time consuming to just heat stuff up on the stove
i didn't have one for ten years but my grampa just recently found one in the trash and cleaned it out and gave it to me
