anyway. oatmeal, eggs (bonus: oatmeal with an egg mixed in), protein shakes. kinda my normal diet anyway.
Heres my meal shake. Keeps you full for awhile and tastes fine.
1 Scoop chocolate protein powder
1 protein sized scoop of microwaved Oat flour
1 tablespoon flax meal
Some peanutbutter or powdered peanut butter
Little bit of coconut oil if you have it
Sometimes icecream
12-16 oz water

I ate nothing but mash and poached fish when I had my wisdom teeth out.
This layered over mashed potatoes and a generous portion of shredded cheese, microwaved into a slurry.
Im in a similiar boat except worse. Fucking broken jaw on both sides desu. Any ways, ive been puree'ing soups and drinking smoothies mostly. Milk shakes to keep weight on me. Shit sucks but im getting used to it. Planning a hell of a party/feast when im all healed up
