Olive Oil
Nuts
Lean red meat
Lots of egg whites
Oats
Chicken and Turkey
Brown rice (NOT white)
Nut butters
If you want to cheat try Pemmican.
Whey protein shakes
Ricotta
Cottage cheese (watch for excess salt)
Rye bread
Whole grains

i don't do red meat due to health

i eat white rice because there isn't such a thing as empty calories

but

i'll add avoccados, oil, nuts, pemmican

the rest i already do.
