Barring leftovers I'll make a grilled cheese sandwich and flop an over easy egg on top of it. As a quick and easy.

Lately I've been doing spinach heavy smoothies, but I was fully grown when I started those, so not really relevant to the thread. I've always felt the need for protein in the morning, even as a little kid. Never could do that sweet cereal crap.

I dunno about that.
At 6'2" I generally look over pretty much everyone around me with a few very notable exceptions, but in this thread I'm feeling pretty short.

Granted, I work in healthcare so pretty much everyone around me on a daily basis is female or foreign, but still, we have a suspicious number of 6'4" and above foodies in this thread.
