Fry spam until lightly browned. Scramble eggs. toast bagel. Combine all in a sandwich between bagel halves. Enjoy one of the best breakfast sandwiches you have ever had.

I put Frank's Chili and Lime hot sauce on it after I fry up a few slices next to a couple of eggs (easy over). I put salt and pepper on the eggs. I sometimes add baked beans as well. Lots of salt in baked beans.
Don't plan any exercise for the next hour, just sit back and enjoy the chest pains.
