I tried some of my buddy's brisket and it was excellent

Oklahoma has bought into the truck companies' whole "real men drive trucks!" bit hook, line, and sinker. 9/10 vehicles on the road are trucks, and they're almost always some variation of dual-tires, four-wheel drive, diesel, extended bed, extended cab, four-seaters. They're fucking massive as shit "work" trucks, used in the exact same manner that you would use a smart car - the occasional grocery run, then it's back to the trailer house! And of course this massive ego-boosting machine means they drive like fucking idiots. They can't wait to get into an accident. They actually talk about how "my truck could eat that Prius! I moved from San Antonio to Austin a year ago (native Texan though I've lived throughout the US, including CA in the past).
