The local pizzeria calls it and "Egg Gondola". Near as I can tell its just standard issue pizza dough formed into that odd shape w/ mozzerella, feta, black pepper and pastrami on it with a few eggs cracked on toward the end of the baking time. I don't know about putting butter on it though; there's plenty of fat in the cheese. Seems like it would just make the whole thing even messier and really greasy.

Best one I've had was in Greece and had just cheese and spicy lamb mince, and the whole pastry was lightly brushed with hot goat's butter just before it was served.
