If I poach eggs in salsa, have I made shakshouka or huevos rancheros?

Stop trying to make this a bernie sanders thread
I want to say huevos rancheros. The spices are distinct between the two cultures. Traditional shakshuka calls for peppers like Jalapeno and Bell Pepper, and spices like cumin, paprika and cayenne. Huevos rancheos goes more in the direction of Morita chilies and adds a smokiness to it, and additional flavors like garlic and lime. The dishes themselves are similar but they do sport a different flavor profile.
