I low boiled it with a bunch of salt, added a bit of olive oil. then when it was almost done threw in garlic. then when it's done i put in cilantro and a spoonful of pesto. actually came out bretty good. as for thw zuccini it was mushy as fuck from being in the freezer, si i dumped the water twice while sauteeing it. then threw some olive oil, garlic, and some herbs in and doused that bithc with cholula
