that was in there also, the onions where very sweet, hence the lemon juice. sauced it with two spoons of creme fraiche, drizzled over papaerdelle from yesterday, coarse ground pepper. no cheese etc required.

why not lemon zest instead of juice? Not certain what youre making, but sour cream usually provides enough tang for most dishes.

we had the zest of the lemon yesterday with the papardelle, nothing left to scrape off. otherwise I would have used it as recomended.
