Does anyone know the name of the this meat product that sold in the southern US? it consist of two thinly sliced steak with a thin layer of hamburg in the middle.

maybe this person is talking about mass produced steakum meat. Im afraid buddy that that stuff you want to believe is hamburger is just cooked blood and gore.
OP here- I remeber getting it in WV, but family had it in GA. Its in the meat section in one of those Styrofoam and cellophane wrapping like most meat comes in, up north here we have STEAMumms but its like just thinly shaved steak that taste nowhere the same.

Apparently here in Canada, that is sometimes Referred to as a "London Broil" where some butchers will wrap ground meat in a thin flank steak.
