go to walmart buy tortillas, 2 cans of refried beans, and cilantro
heat beans in microwave, add in chopped cilantro, stir, put in tortillas, eat
if you can buy an onion too, go for it
if you wanna get fancy and $5 is a hard limit walk into taco bell and get some sauce packets and use those

Get a hot plate.

>5 bucks
Just get some of those dollar TV dinners. You can't really make anything in a microwave worth a damn on 5 bucks.
Cheap/easy full grains: Oats, Lentils, Brown Rice
Cheap/easy protein: Eggs, broccoli, beans, most fish, chicken
Any fruit and veg.
Soak your legumes/grains overnight in water to make a base for most meals
Steam your veg in the mic
Most meats can be cooked reasonably well in a microwave.
Combine = plenty of meals.
Save that five bucks and apply to above.

this is like easily 2-3 days worth of food btw, buy corn tortillas instead of flower if you want it more cheap
cost summary:
$2 beans
$1 tortillas (if corn), $2 (if flour)
$.90 cilantro
$.85 onion
around $5 for corn tortillas, $6 for flour
personally I'd go corn but whatever
