once I'll have time I'll make lasagna. never made till now, and I am a little bit lost regarding its difficulty. the cooking website I use has got lasagna recipes both with 'very hard' and with 'very easy' tags. their description is pretty similar though.
so: what is the difficulty of making a regular lasagna?
There is nothing difficult about it. Just figure out how many layers you are making so you can divide your fillings evenly.

I'd say it's pretty time consuming. Stewing the tomato sauce takes a good amount of time, as does the baking.
