What's the easiest, most inexpensive way to make espresso at home? I'm tired of paying $$$ for lattes that I can make myself.
aeropress

Its close, but you won't get a true espresso from an aeropress
Goddamn lattes are so good. I just wish they weren't so cliche white America.

Do you need an espresso machine to get that?
Do I have to use different coffee for espresso, also?

If you enjoy it, enjoy it. Who cares if it's cliche or if people on an
irrelevent
anonymous image board will make fun you for it.
If you're looking for cheap just get a Nespresso machine. If you don't live in a city with good espresso cafes, it'll beat anything you can get and it's sure as hell better than Starbucks.
If you want the real deal espresso with nuanced flavors, you're gonna have to make some sizable investments which = $$$.

I dunno man, that's a lot of milk. The flat white looks much more reasonable if you're having milk with your coffee.
I usually order Americanos though, as I like having a substantial drink but don't usually care for a lot of dairy in my coffee.

Jura Impressa Z9. Probably the most easiest option.

What the fuck that's $4k for that stupid thing. I don't even thing I have counter space for it in my stupid studio apartment.
