newfag here, tried to bake croissants, doing everything on my own, not an half made thing that you just have to place in the oven.
How would /ck/ rate them /10 ?

Pretty proud or the result, however, the water i added wasn't hot enough so the yeast (i believe it's called like that ?) didn't done it's job as well as it could, and they were a little like brioche on the inside, but other than that, they tasted very good.

i note that your croissants are not crescents. is that on purpose? also, don't worry too much about the interior, cos homemade croissants don't have the same texture as shop bought croissants
overall, i think you did pretty well for a first timer, you just over cooked them a little. i usually make pains au chocolat/choclatines with the left over scaps of puff pastry with a bit of dark chocolate in the middle
