I want to make myself a sous vide ribeye steak. Unfortunately, I don't have any appropriate plastic bags and it's 9:30PM where I live, so I can't go get one either.
Can I use this container instead or is it bullshit?

You need a bag with the air removed so the water can completely surround the meat. A plastic container like that won't work.
you could probably get away with using a ziplock bag
but just grill your fukken steak like normal and deal with it i guess haha

use a ziplock bag and use the water air displacement technique
it will work *eventually*. no idea how long that will take tho.
