fruit n yogurt parfait, only 120 calories (30 more with the granola). it's a ton of sugar but having 1 or 2 for breakfast with moderation and nothing else to complement it is actually a pretty healthy lifestyle choice.
hamburger comes in at just 250 calories, 1 makes a decent snack to hold you over until dinner and gives a good dose of protein. 2 is lunch.
they also have salads but they all taste like absolute horse shit and are there only because mcdonalds looks bad and gets picketed by the raging soccer moms if they aren't on the menu. Then there's a bunch of salads that they load up with garbage like tortilla strips and cheese, and using even half of the portion of any of their jizz-flavored dressings completely defeats the purpose of the salad.
I used to eat at mcdonalds occasionally when I was on a strict calorie-limit diet, and they're not terrible if you're careful. You just need to treat them like a vending machine (e.g. don't buy "meals" or premium burgers). If you must buy soda go with diet. I appreciate the fact that, unlike with most other meals, mcdicks strictly labels and portions their shit such that I know EXACTLY what I'm putting in to my body.
