I drink fruit juice all the time and got apple, orange and cranberry last week. The first two were "pure juice from concentrate," but the cranberry was "water, glucose-fructose syrup, cranberry juice from concentrate (6%)..."
How much worse was the cranberry? I don't know shit about nutrition and always assumed pure fruit juice was pretty good for me (it's one of my 5 a day). And how much better is a mug of fruit tea with a teaspoon of honey?
I hate how the pulp immediately floats to the top of the glass and you get this huge mouthful followed by regular pulp-free orange juice.

They're literally both awful for you. Drinking sugar is never a good idea in any context, especially in quantities as high or higher than soda which almost all fruit juices are.
Stop ruining the nutritional benefit of fruit and eat it like a normal person.
Same goes for fruit tea, though I typically make iced tea with lemon/lime which don't have much sugar

You're just drinking sugar. You're essentially drinking the sugar and a small fraction of the vitamin C of several oranges instead of simply eating a healthy, unprocessed full orange with all the vitamins, minerals and fibre, not to mention feeling full long before you'd eat the same amount of sugars in 15 oranges.
