This is the recipe i used. cut everything by a third because i dont need THAT many dumpling. Still ended up with a gallon freezer bag totally filled.
I dont know how to do the folds so its just a simple seal on mine.

What did you do for the dressing? Best I ever made was using meat drippings from some ribs I roasted and adding lemon juice. Was fantastic and I recommend trying such a thing. I am sure other acidic fruit/vegetable juices would work also and of course vinegar.

I haven't made a sandwich for work/school in years, yet i always make sure to have sandwich bags cause they're amazing for everything. Saving half of a single vegetable or fruit? throw it in a sandwich bag and spin the bag around to seal it. I use em for blocks of cheese and open cans too. Cheaper, they usually come in a box of 150 for like a dollar and they're just as good as Ziploc bags for things that are too small for Ziploc bags
