I live close to an Asian food market and I never know what stuff to get/is good there. What do you usually buy? Pic unrelated
Where do you live and what kind of Asian market?
It matters.

When I go to one of the Asian markets in my city it's for things like sacks of rice, bok choy and other greens, spices and other ingredients - basically just the handful of things that can't be had fresh and reasonably priced at other stores.
I typically buy the entire stock in the store of pic related. The husband and wife tthat own the place love me. Fuckin' high-roller--All the prawn crackers, baby.
Also assam milk tea / anything in the drink section. So many varieties of flavors not seen in a typical western store. Oh! Melon cake/bread is fuckin' dope, too.
If you wanna get adventurous, fish/squid balls make for good addition to the better ramen brands.
