First off, I'm not fat. But Jersey Mike's has a very distinctive mayonnaise. I can't seem to find anything that resembles the taste. Sometimes I ask for 2 or 3 times as much just to relish the flavor. Anyone know what brand they use or where I can find a recipe?

I love Jersey Mikes. I've never noticed the mayo being anything special, I'm not even sure they put it on. I guess it comes standard but I always add pickles, banana peppers, and the red relish so that probably overpowers it, and I guess the the mayo is helping balance all that acid perfectly.
