What are the best meals for a pressure cooker? I'm new to this.
I just put a bunch of pork chops in my instant pot®™ and pressed "meat/stew." I'm gonna let them cook for an hour-ish. I have no idea what will result.
Then I think I'll just mix some sour cream and paprika in. Like pork stroganoff.

My chops are ready now! Here they are. I added no seasoning or liquid. That liquid came from the pork itself.
Chopped up some red bell pepper and onion. Added black pepper and paprika.
Set to "saute" with the lid off. I'm gonna try to cook that liquid off.

Sorry m8. The same software we use to monitor for fraud, it used to monitor for "suspicious" purchases.
We probably have 100,000 people that we forwarded to the FBI because they purchased a pressure cooker on Amazon, then bought bleach at Wal-Mart.
The liquid quickly reduced. The meat fell apart into a gazillion pieces when stirred. It's very tender.
And there's lots of browned/caramelized bits stuck to the bottom.
NOW what to do from here? Fuck me if I know.

Adding steaming hot pasta to the pot. It'll heat the veggies. Hopefully it's not hot enough to cause the sour cream to separate. .
And done. It tastes pretty good, it just looks a bit unappetizing.

It looks fine, but you 100% did not need a pressure cooker to make a dang pasta.
Next time you roll out your Instant Pot, throw tough, cheap cuts of beef in there with coconut milk, all spice, cumin and coriander powder, finely diced chilies, a cube of beef bouillon, crushed ginger and garlic. Stew the thing for an hour and eat it with rice or naan.
Or put gizzards and cubed chicken in there with slices of white radish, lots of stock, celery, carrots, ginger and tomatoes. Make a soup and finish with cilantro.
Cheese and crackers OP, you... you just used a pressure cooker for a pasta dish.
