2. Arrange Meat
3. Heat Pot and add OLIVE OIL
4. Salt and Pepper PORK
5. Add meat
6. Let meat brown
7. Slice Garlic and add to pot
8. add cup of water or wine to deglaze
9. 2 cans of marzano tomatoes
10. low heat for 4 hours stir occassionally
11. Add fresh basil after 4 hours
