After that will be dinner, which is left over curry I made yesterday.
This weekend I'm thinking of a shepherds pie. I've never made one before and it's stupid simple from everything I know about it. The hardest part will be finding some lamb in my area. It's not a commonly used meat, and worst case scenario is I don't find any and use beef instead. I'm also thinking about adding a bottom layer crust--which isn't commonly done, again from my knowledge--but haven't yet decided what it will be made of yet. If I can't think of anything by the weekend I'll just try for a traditional pie.
