This. My go-to is sausage and pepper. Roasted red, if available, but green is good, too.
Anyone else have linguica/chourico available in their area? Portuguese sausages that fucking kick the shit out of pepperoni in every way imaginable. Delicious with green pepper. Pic related is linguica. Very little grease, and the edges get delightfully crisp. Pepperoni always seemed like a poor-man's substitute in comparison.

Pepperoni is a handy go-to pizza, but over here they mainly use salami. The spicy salami some places use is amazing, however.
