My friend has some Havarti peppadew cheese and we have no idea what to do with it other than just eat it straight, what are some good recipes to use it in?Also what the hell is havarti peppadew?

Make kachapuri bread. Its very easy, unique, and with a little paprika mixed into the cheese is a wonderful snack.

I was thinking maybe it would go with thin sliced steak, banana pepers, onions and galric on a hard crusted roll based on what i looked up. I've just never done anything with it beofre and didnt know if it went really well with any one flavor.

Havarti is pretty much just for sandwiches and melting on baked pasta or something similar.
"Peppadew is the trademarked brand name of sweet piquanté peppers".
