new to /ck/ here
I want to marinade some chicken
I was thinking of making it sweet and spicy
Heat up some water, soy sauce, sriracha, a bit of sugar/honey and some sesame oil. if too runny add a teaspoon of cornstarch and then put it all over chicken for overnight, then put some sesame seeds over it and fry, serve over sauteed paprika, spinach and wild rice

is this a good enough idea or am i being a retard?

Marinade is a noun, so yeah, you're already a retard

Also that is way too much stuff in a marinade, the cornstarch is unnecessary. Don't heat it up wtf are you doing. What in god's name. Sauteed paprika? Is this a joke?
