So I needed 1 tablespoon of lemon juice for a recipe. I bought 1 litre ( 33.814 fl. oz ) because it was on clearance and was actually cheaper than the small little fucking containers you get by like a dollar.
So I used my tablespoon, now I'm left with 985 mL ( 33.3068 fl. oz ) of lemon juice. What can I make with this absurd amount of lemon juice? Suggestions?

Add a bit to some chicken noodle soup, lemon juice brightens that up, though lime juice is better. Use what you have.
Hot & sour soup too.
Consider putting some on your chicken tendies and fish dicks.

Put some in a small bottle that fit in the fridge to use later. Fuck up the rest.
You can try making booze out of it. Limoncelo is delicious.
Use it instead of vinegar (or 50/50).
It can clean stuff, helps with grease and burnt dishes.
