What are some of your favorite spice mix recipes?
I use Emeril's Essence a lot, it goes well with anything:
2.5x Paprika
2x Salt (I use less, but this is the original recipe)
2x Garlic powder
1x Onion powder
1x Black pepper
1x Cayenne pepper
1x Oregano
1x Thyme
i dont have a patented spice mix i use, but my go to spices are cumin, ginger, garlic, black pepper, spicy chili pepper,

What you need to do is make your own spice mix. You can learn a lot about spices by frying an egg until it's golden and crispy on the outside but still with a runny yolk and then adding a different spice each time you cook one. This way, after eating fried eggs every day for a few years, you can become a master of spices!!! :)
