It's hard, but so is life. Oatmeal (added fruit but no sugar, stovetop) or a fruit smoothie (fruit and a splash of milk) are good replacements for sugarjunk. Sometimes I have oatmeal for dinner to satisfy myself. It's sort of like a donut, right? It's grain and kind of sweet. But about 200 calories a bowl and more filling than a donut.

I legit have access to pretty much unlimited amounts of free Parmigiano-Regiano and Pecorino-Romano and use at least one of those on a nearly daily basis. Unfortunately my access to this amazing supply will be ending in September so I'm certainly getting my fill as those cheeses go for something like $20+ per 100g where I live. I have access to other pretty good cheeses too although those are limited, for over a year I ate a lot of tillamook extra sharp cheddar.
It's good stuff but after a while you kinda get tired of eating the same thing. I won't be complaining next year after I've gone for months without it haha.
As for which item I would like to eat unlimited amounts of without consequences, it has to be chips. And if I had to be more specific it would be Ms Vickie's Jalapeno chips.
alcohol. if beverages were ruled ineligible, I'd pick bacon. Being able to add it to anything with impunity would make nearly every other food better. I'd make veggie dishes including it. I'd add it to all the leaner meats at dinnertime. I'd make stir-frys that use it. I'd find ways to force it into alcoholic drinks just because. I'd include it in deserts.
