it was a bit bland so i hit it with some more creole seasoning, some black pepper and tobasco sauce
served it up with some saltine crackers, it's pretty damned good

h-hey. Overall I would say 7/10 good lunch, would watch again. My one criticism is that it looks like you chopped the celery a little too thin, so it doesn't really add to the flavor. I think that with practice, you could be great at this. Oh, and you lost points for the egg thing (obvi), but still keep at it kid, you're on the right track.
