Soy milk or lactose-free milk?
Lactose free is sweeter so it's perfect for coffee and porridge, but not great for mashed potatoes because you need to add more salt.
Soy just flat out tastes like shit tho.
Regular non-lactose-free, non-soy milk.
Lactose-free milk is superior to regular milk for sweet dishes like rice pudding. Soy milk is just ass all around

Whatever's cheaper? Lactaid is really expensive for what it is. I'm sure there are other brands but still, I feel like it isn't worth it. Almond milk definitely no though.

Soy milk since it's lower in calories when I'm cutting. Grass fed raw milk when I'm not.

Vitamin D milk. If that particular jug doesn't seem creamy enough, I will add half and half to it.
