Pomelo is so good. You can just have a huge one next to you and your desk and slice segments off it throughout the day. The texture is so perfect also, it's like the fruit I would try to genetically engineer.

Fucking love pomelo. Great texture, great taste, just annoying as fuck to peel. So much pith in thses things, but worth it for the fruit. Pith isn't as bad as citron, either, so there is that.
Uglis are where it's at for citrus, though. Sucks that I can't seem to find them as much as I used to.

white/golden pummelo is best, the red ones are not as sweet and more like grapefruit
