a couple drops of rose water is my go-to water enhancer
Boil it in a kettle and pour it over a fruit tea bag and a tea spoon of honey. Stir. Give it a few minutes, remove tea bag and stir. Allow to cool. Depending on the tea, a splash of lemon juice is good too.

I'm pretty sure I have very good taste buds but that is not important. Tap water is so processed that it literally doesn't have any flavor and if it does it has chlorine flavor or a salty one depending what kind of a water processing plant you have.
Tap water is just tap water, it is something you add to other things not the other way around. You make tea with it, lemonade etc.
Natural sparkling or natural mineral water is a complete different thing and usually found at mountain springs.
