Anyone here good with mixing drinks? I have a bottle of triple sec and no clue what to do with it. also alcohol general?

What other alcohol/mixers do you have? Triple sec is not generally a main ingredient in a cocktail. I'm not a cocktail nerd, but margaritas, side cars, and mai tais all use triple sec.

Triple sec is used in sparing amounts as a side ingredient in cocktails.

i make margs with
2.0 oz reposado
1.0 oz fresh oj
0.5 oz fresh lime
0.5 oz simple
when i make them for myself i add more tequilla. this recipe has gotten me laid more times than i can count. inb4 it was consentual

Triple sec is one of the most versatile liqueurs you can find. As two anons have already said, it's generally a side-ingredient. If you are really lazy, you can drink it on the rocks or add it to orange juice or milk, but just a quick google search lists that it's "likely to be used as an ingredient in a variety of cocktails such as the sangria, margarita, Kamikaze, White Lady, Long Island Iced Tea, Sidecar, Skittle Bomb, Corpse Reviver #2 and Cosmopolitan."
