I like to cook half a pound of ground sausage meat, half a pound of ground beef, mix it in with a block of velveeta and 2 jars of salsa in the sloooow cooker and mix it all up. If you use a spicy salsa it's pretty good with the spice from the sausage and the excellent flavor from the cheese and it's great on tortilla chips or to dip pigs in a blanket in (American pigs in a blanket..ie cocktail weiners baked with dough around them) and sometimes I use it to make quesadillas with as well because it's a true mexican culinary dish of them gods..
