Do you have trouble getting motivated to cook for just yourself? I enjoy cooking but usually I eat ramen or takeout garbage because I don't want to spend 20 minutes cooking if it's just for me.

yeah it's a common problem. but sometimes I do a big effort. it depends on the setup of the kitchen and wether or not I need a change or something better than conbini shit. after a while I cannot stand it any longer that someone else cooks for me.

When I cooked for just myself I tended to make things I could eat several days in a row, so I only had to cook every few days. Because it is hard to motivate yourself to do much actual cooking when it's just for yourself.

When I do cook, I cook enough to last me the whole week. I cooked chicken fajitas last monday, and I expect to run out in a couple of days.

I don't. I like cooking but I have a small appetite, so I try to pawn off food onto friends/family/roommates

Just freeze some and refrigerate some for later in the week. If it's just for yourself, you only need to do it three or four times a week without ever resorting to fast food. It's easy and you'd have to be mentally retarded to not figure it out for yourself.
