My mom used to eat this when I was growing up. She used to throw it on my sister a lot to scare her because she thought it was alive.

dude, totally found this obscure exotic fruit! They call it pineapple and it tastes awesome! You should try it?
>>
I like rambutans, I'd say they're more uncommon than exotic though
>>
>>7353037
My neighbour brought home some weird shit that he made me try, kind of like a new kind of onion.

Tasted sort of juicy and sweet with a noticable crunch at every bite.

He called it an ''Apple''

We burned that fucking witch and now i am back to eating cabage and onion like a good godfearing peon

Of course

Who can forget going to a birthday party when we were younger and seeing the lineup of sodas, like orange, grape, coke, lemon-lime, rambutan, and brandy-seared peach

Or the classic children's song, "I love to eat, eat, eat (ackee arils and finger limes)

What a fit we would throw when we were forced to finish out steamed broccoli or roasted marsh mallow root salads before we could leave the table!

Or the taste of dad's cock

I guess it's called passionfruit on english and according to internet, it's relatively easy to find canned and fresh passionfruit on every country.
The plant must grow preferably on tropical environments, but i have a lot of them and i live on Chile (mediterranean climate).
It has a light acid and juicy flavor, but has nothing to do with pomegranate, you can directly suck the pulp from the fruit without seeding.

You really do have to forage for them, tho.
SOMETIMES RARELY they can be found at obscure impromptu roadside "farmers market" wagons where the farmer is also selling corn in the husk by the laundry basket full.

Years ago
>be me after foraging pawpaws from woods an shit
>have hundreds of leftover seeds for days after gorging on pawpaws
>went on mission to put pawpaw seeds in random places all over town and back roads.
>Now am adult, driving around random, see young pawpaw tree where I put some seeds

Where I'm from they're not even slightly obscure, but for some reason a lot of people give me puzzled views through the internet when I bring gooseberries up.
Picking them is a bitch though, fucks are spiky. Still not as much of a pain as picking raspberries though, at least gooseberries have the decency to have their spikes be long, but infrequent.

Actually, there's a fuckton of fruit in those. I just tried one yesterday. The only problem is, if you don't like bitter things, you'll need to "peel" each slice, as well as peeling the fruit initially. It's kind of similar to the pain in the ass of getting pomegranate seeds.
